excellent stay in ginza!
convenient location laundry room tv status
the location was amazing. it was very close to shopping centers and ginza's main streets. i could walk everywhere i needed to, including metro stations. there was an ironing and laundry room on almost every other floor, so useful. i could see the status of all washing machines from the tv, allowing me to plan for my laundry accordingly.
the hotel staff was not particularly helpful. i was asked to check in using a self check-in machine when there was no queue.

the hotel is near shopping centers and main streets. ginza six is just three blocks away. proximity to public transport makes exploring various areas easy.

luggage scales friendly receptionists spacious bathroom lack of assistance odd rules bellman cart
The hotel provided scales. I found this so useful to weigh my luggage before heading to the airport. the receptionists were friendly and helpful as well. i specifically liked the bathroom. It was spacious and clean.
the hotel staff didn't offer to help bring our luggage to the suite. having a bellman's cart would have been nice. the hotel had odd rules about eating outside food in their lobby and wearing specific sandals to the onsen.

convenient location sufficient facilities helpful staff
this hotel presents a convenient location near the Higashi Ginza metro station. Combini stores are available nearby. I noticed a restaurant operates on the first floor. laundry facilities are sufficient.
the hotel staff asked us to come downstairs when we requested utensils, this felt a little inconvenient.

i saw the breakfast includes both western and asian options. a COFFEE machine sits near the entrance. staff cleans the tables promptly after guests leave.

public bath is accessible on the B1 floor. there are only three coin laundry machines. umbrella rentals are available on rainy days, they are a limited resource.

japanese options european choices
the breakfast had many japanese options i could try there were also european choices with cereals and croissants the staff communicated well in english i found this helpful they also provided bags and loungewear for the onsen i thought this was a nice touch
